Phor Thud is presently in their peace station at Almora, the site where they are situated is on the highest point in Almora and has a panaromic view of the Himalayan Mountain Ranges surrounding Almora.

The Officer's mess is the main building were all the officer's have their meals. The officer's mess also has all the trophies and the memories of the history of the battalion.
